Dr. Leslie Grice
Dr. Leslie Grice’s chiropractic care focuses on addressing a range of musculoskeletal conditions, from acute to chronic pain, sports-related injuries, pre- and post-natal care, and general functional maintenance for patients of all ages. Her treatment approach includes a combination of manual chiropractic adjustments, instrument-assisted techniques, joint mobilizations, and muscle therapy using either hands-on methods or therapeutic modalities. Where clinically appropriate, treatment plans may also include posture correction strategies and rehabilitative exercises.
Dr. Grice graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1992 and immediately joined Grice Chiropractic. She completed a three-year post-graduate fellowship in Sports Sciences and, in 1997, undertook additional study in acupuncture in Sri Lanka. She is certified to provide acupuncture as an adjunct to chiropractic care, within the scope of practice permitted by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
Dr. Grice has contributed to chiropractic education by lecturing in anatomy and neuroanatomy laboratories at CMCC for six years and served as a Member-at-Large on the CMCC Board of Governors from 2011 to 2014. In 2019, she became Basic Certified in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), a technique focused on spinal assessment and postural correction using targeted traction and exercise protocols.
Dr. Grice is committed to helping her patients improve function, reduce pain, and lead a more active lifestyle. She is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO), the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA), and the Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association (CCPA).

Dr. Kyle A. Grice
Dr. Kyle A. Grice earned his Bachelor of Science degree and graduated from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in 1997. That same year, he began practicing at Grice Chiropractic Professional Corporation.
With a strong interest in education, Dr. Grice taught for six years at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where he was involved in both the Anatomy and Chiropractic Philosophy departments. Early in his career, he also completed additional training in acupuncture. In recent years, his clinical focus has shifted toward spinal health and postural rehabilitation within the chiropractic scope of practice.
In 2003, Dr. Grice began training in Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP), a technique grounded in biomechanics that aims to assess and address spinal alignment and posture. CBP incorporates postural analysis and spinal imaging to inform individualized care plans. These may include manual chiropractic adjustments, traction-based methods, and corrective exercises designed to improve structural alignment, function, and spinal stability.

Dr. Mary Rasmi-Wakileh
Dr. Mary Rasmi-Wakileh is a Doctor of Chiropractic and a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry and Biology.
Dr. Mary provides evidence-informed chiropractic care for a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns, from acute injuries to chronic conditions. Her approach emphasizes patient-centered care, focusing on functional improvement, pain management, and support for long-term physical wellness.
Her treatment plans are individualized and may include chiropractic adjustments (manipulations), soft tissue therapy (manual or instrument-assisted), therapeutic modalities, rehabilitative exercises (both active and passive), and ergonomic recommendations. She works collaboratively with her patients to support their goals and improve overall function.

Dr. Lorne Papernick
Dr. Lorne Papernick graduated with clinical honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 1995. Since then, he has been in active practice, providing chiropractic care to individuals of all ages, including children, older adults, and athletes at various levels.
Dr. Papernick has a special interest in family-based chiropractic care, including pre- and post-natal care, pediatric care within the chiropractic scope of practice, and functional wellness. His approach is focused on supporting musculoskeletal health and improving movement and quality of life through individualized chiropractic treatment.
With a Master’s degree in Education, Dr. Papernick is also passionate about public education and health literacy. He regularly shares information about chiropractic and spinal health through community talks at local businesses, schools, and public events. Outside of the clinic, he contributes to the community by volunteering as a youth hockey coach.
Dr. Papernick is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing community involvement.

Gokul Shanmugam Periyasamy
Registered Physiotherapist with over 5 years of experience in India and 3 years of experience in Canada. As a Physiotherapist, he specializes in pain management (acute/chronic) and musculoskeletal disorders. Gokul holds a degree in physiotherapy from Dr. MGR University, India and is a member of a few not -for-profit Organizations which strives to identify and rehabilitate people with disability in rural parts of India. Gokul strongly believes in finding root cause of any injury. Treatment is based on in depth assessments that takes the whole body, patient needs and overall goals into consideration. He is especially skilled in using hands on techniques like joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilizations and Kinesio tapings. He is passionate about making people move easier, perform better and be more resilient to injury, whether in daily life or competitive sports. When not in the clinic, Gokul loves to play chess, badminton and spend time with his family.

She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2006 who has corrected many chronic pain syndromes and postural imbalances with deep tissue and myofascial therapy. Throughout her career as an RMT she has found special interest in the treatment of complicated neck and shoulder conditions including headaches, nerve compression and frozen shoulder.
Her focus is to treat the cause over the symptom, by re-balancing the body as a unit for optimal function.
She is also trained in the treatment of sports injuries and prenatal massage.

She graduated from the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program and is an active member of the College Of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She specializes in therapeutic massage using both Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Techniques.
Since 2006 her goal of helping everyone who comes to see her is still her goal today. Her clinical experience includes treating different conditions that are related to stress, overuse, posture and injury.

Paula Torres, RMT
Paula is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Humber College in 2018. Throughout her academic off-campus internships she gained experience of delivering safe and effective treatments to a variety of special populations ranging from pregnancy/infants, mental/health addictions, complex health conditions, palliative care and athletes. During her on-campus internship she treated patients for muscle spasm, muscular imbalances, headaches, plantar fasciitis and people with Multiple Sclerosis. Her goal is to apply an evidence-based approach by combining manual and movement-based therapy to each treatment.

Jennifer Spyropoulos
Jennifer Spyropoulos is a registered Acupuncturist with the college of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
After graduating from York University with a degree in Psychology, she continued her studies at The Michener Institute of Applied Health Sciences. There she took a four year Acupuncture Program which included a clinical internship in China.
During her stay in China she studied at The Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In China, Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine are the first choice for healing when faced with any health issues. This inspired Jennifer to share this natural way of healing with all of her patients in Canada.
Since starting her practice in 2002, she has taken continuing education courses in Scalp Acupuncture and Acupuncture for Neurological and Psychosomatic disorders.
